We have all the tips to de-stress before your big day! Get ready to take your dose of relaxation to bridal bliss.

We've cried. We've screamed. We've even curled up in a ball and slept for hours to escape the guest lists. When it comes to wedding planning, we are right there with you. Stress is the leading cause of throwing your hands up in the air and saying, "IDC!" to your wedding planner. Breathe in. Breathe out. Breathe in. Breathe out. We've got answers.

We want to cure you of your B.A. or 'aka' Bridal Anxiety. We have chalked up the few ways we have worked to relieve our wedding planning blues. From spa treatments, #brdiesquad exercise classes, to even just spending time solo, curing your B.A. is all about making your wedding planning feel fun again. Remove your wedding anxiety and put on your white dress....you are about to de-stress before the big day!

01

Spa day, baby!

We can smell the lavender oil now. A spa day is one of our favorite things to do when it comes to tapping out of the wedding planning for a bit and taking some time to decompress. From salt baths, massages, facials, and manicures & pedicures, spas are there to remind you that as important as your wedding day is...you are, too. Put on that robe, slide into those slippers and relish a moment to yourself. You deserve it.

02

Drop and give me zen!

Gather your bridal party and have them join in on your journey to finding your relaxation mode. A great way to get into the zen spirit is exercise. We know sometimes it can be difficult to get moving and even more so, when you are doing it on your own. Yoga, pilates, hip hop dance classes or pole-dancing (who said stress-relief can't be sexy?) are great group activities that will give you inner and outer peace with the ones that will be there for you all the way to 'I Do'!

03

Disconnect and Reconnect!

You heard us: uninterrupted time with your future partner. Taking time as a couple is needed when the wedding planning comes full circle and you are trying to remember the last time you actually hung out with your significant other. Whether it's a romantic night of cooking together and drinking way too much wine or going for a night on the town (safely, of course) and ending up at a Taco Bell eating 'Cheesy Gordita Crunches' in the parking lot, you both deserve it. Whatever you do, it will be just the two of you...and that is all that matters.

04

Safe Vacay, Okay?

If you want to go from 'bridezilla' to 'bridechilla' sometimes it just starts with a vacation. With Covid-19 still being prevalent, it is good to travel smart and safe. Wherever you go, make sure that you are being mindful of your health and others. On that note, go to one of the places that bring you happiness. Whether it is by the beach and in the sun or if it is in the mountains with snow, exiting your usual routine is key to bringing you back to the bride you always wanted to be--calm, cool, and collected. Ah! A margarita in hand at the pool isn't that far away...but make sure social distancing is.

05

Plan in Peace!

When you are in the beginning stages of planning your wedding (or end) it so easy to rush in and think that decisions have to be made ASAP. Here are some easy steps to help in making your plans feel less like a morning alarm:

1. Create a safe space. Light some candles, bring in your favorite flowers, and get an agenda that will help keep you organized.

2. Write down all your non-negotiables. Figure out what YOU want and the rest will follow.

3. Details are just details. Embrace the 'deets' but don't let them rule you.

4. Ask for help from the people you know that will bring ease and not 'wedding stress disease'.
